University of Abuja Senate Building Renovation and Construction of Road and Car Parks

Hanaini Nigeria Limited executed the comprehensive renovation of the University of Abuja Senate Building, including interior upgrades with marble and granite flooring, new countertops, modern office fittings and fixtures, installation of water supply systems, a full electrical revamp, and the installation of power generation systems. The project also covered the construction of approximately 1 kilometre of internal roads, 3,000 square metres of car parking areas, and associated roof installations, significantly improving functionality, durability, and campus infrastructure.
