Stephen holds a double honors degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the prestigious University of Benin. He is a McKinsey-trained professional in the United States, holds certification in Project Management, and has completed professional trainings in public policy with leading European institutions, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and global perspectives.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Stephen has contributed to regional development and youth empowerment, having served on the Advisory Council of the West African Youth Forum and participated in Dialogue for West Africa’s Future in Perspective. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, demonstrating his proficiency in dispute resolution, governance, and compliance.

Rear Admiral Dickson Ikechukwu Olisemenogor (Rtd)

Independent Non-Executive Director

Rear Admiral Dickson Ikechukwu Olisemenogor (Retd) is a retired senior officer of the Nigerian Navy with over three decades of leadership and operational experience across marine operations, strategic planning, training, and institutional management.

During his naval career, he held several senior command and administrative roles and specific maritime assignments at the United Nations, gaining extensive exposure to complex operations, structured project execution, risk management, and personnel development. His experience also spans the marine and offshore environment, where discipline, safety, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency are critical.

Following his retirement from active service, Rear Admiral Olisemenogor transitioned into the private sector, where he has served in board and governance roles, contributing to organizational oversight, governance frameworks, and strategic decision-making.
