Renovation of Lagos Airport Hotel

Hanaini Nigeria Limited executed the comprehensive renovation of the Lagos Airport Hotel, involving extensive upgrade works across the entire hotel estate. The project covered a hospitality facility of approximately 280 guest rooms, including presidential blocks and royal buildings, as well as five-storey high-rise structures within the complex.

The scope also included refurbishment of the administrative block, swimming pool, gymnasium, laundry facilities, sporting areas, and powerhouse, alongside full interior refurbishment works throughout the hotel. Delivered with a focus on functionality, guest comfort, and operational efficiency, the project demonstrates Hanaini’s capability in large-scale hospitality renovation and asset revitalization.
