Hanaini Nigeria Limited executed a comprehensive infrastructure development project at the Plateau Specialist Hospital, delivering both new construction and extensive renovation works across the facility. The scope included the construction of a modern laboratory complex, dedicated paediatric units, and a new administrative block designed to support efficient healthcare delivery. In addition, Hanaini carried out the renovation of existing hospital buildings and wards to improve functionality, safety, and patient comfort.

In total, the project covered over 30 building structures, reflecting Hanaini’s capacity to manage large-scale healthcare infrastructure while maintaining quality, coordination, and timely execution.
